Measurements are in centimeters (cm).

Total length is the measurement of the total length of the polo shirt from the shoulder to the bottom of the polo shirt.

The neckline is the measurement around the collar of the polo shirt.

Chest width is the measurement around the widest part of the chest.

Bottom width is the measurement around the lowest part of the polo shirt.

The shoulder is the distance between the shoulder seams.

Sleeve length is measured from shoulder to sleeve hem.

Sleeve width is the measurement of the circumference of the sleeve at its widest point.

Wrist is the measurement of the circumference of the wrist.

The placket is the measurement of the front part of the polo where the buttons are attached.

Front collar height is the measurement of the height of the collar from the point where it joins the polo shirt.

Back collar height is the measurement of the height of the collar at the back of the polo shirt.

1. Washing :

   • Separate colored clothes from white clothes to avoid fading.
   • Wash cotton clothes in the washing machine with similar colors.
   • Use a delicate or normal cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C to preserve the quality of the cotton.
   • Avoid using chlorine bleaches which may damage cotton fibers.

2. Drying:

   • Choose air drying to preserve the shape and softness of cotton clothing.
   • If you are using a dryer, set it to low or medium temperature.
   • Remove clothes from the dryer as soon as they are dry to avoid permanent wrinkles.

3. Ironing :

   • If necessary, iron cotton clothing that is still slightly damp to facilitate the process.
   • Set the iron to a medium temperature (do not exceed 150°C) to avoid burns or damage.
   • Use a pattemouille (a clean, damp cloth) between the iron and the garment to protect the cotton.

4. Storage :

   • Make sure cotton clothing is clean and completely dry before storing it.
   • Avoid storing them in damp locations or exposed to direct sunlight to prevent mold and fading.
   • Fold them neatly or hang them on hangers to avoid creases.

5. Tasks :

   • Treat stains quickly using a stain remover suitable for cotton.
   • Always test the stain remover on a small, hidden part of the clothing before applying it to the visible stain.
   • Follow the stain remover instructions and wash the garment immediately after treatment.

For returns: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within this time to arrange a return of the item. Make sure the item is in original condition, unworn and with tags intact.

We will do everything we can to process your return request quickly and efficiently. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange in accordance with our returns policy.
